I have come to expect nothing but the best from these establishments. However, my recent visit to Massage Envy - Falls Church left me deeply disappointed, and I'm afraid this problem is not exclusive to this particular location. Let me start by saying that my girlfriend and I were excited to indulge in a relaxing couples massage. However, our experience was far from what we had hoped for. Our therapists, while well-meaning, lacked the professionalism and expertise we have come to expect from top-tier spas. They seemed rushed, almost as if they weren't fully trained in their craft. Their technique was subpar, leaving us both feeling less than satisfied with our massage experience.
