The plan was to reach Agra on 3rd August. I was told by my friends that the traffic on Agra – Kanpur (NCR) on this particular date will be very heavy because it was a Diwali celebration.
On this advice we had decided to have our dinner at the Agra fort and stay the night at a friend’s house at Jhumra village on the outskirts of Agra.
We have a two-wheeler that was enough to complete our journey from Varanasi and we decided to go there with heavy luggage and in the evening we have to travel from Jhumra. Jhumra at 4.00am in day 2 August 2014 We started our journey in the evening of day 2 on Varanasi – Agra.
