The Sauna Berlin has two saunas, one in a bathhouse, one in a pub. It is possible to be nude there. The Sauna in the Pub is smaller and I have sat in that. They close it a couple of times a week You may need to book it in advance.
Hammam is a bathhouse with lots of different saunas, that I have never been to (but I will be going), but you can find it here, this website gives a description of the different saunas and how much it costs. I don't know what the rules are regarding nudity.
A bathhouse is not the same as a public bathhouse. A public bathhouse (the English translation of 'hammam') is a fully private bathhouse where it is forbidden to reveal your genitals or other private parts to any other person. Most public bathhouses in Iran have public baths (hammam chiz) which are partially enclosed so that, after drying off, a person can walk through the room but it is not fully enclosed.
Public bathhouses usually take many different shapes depending on country but usually consist of a large room where people can take a bath (hammam) and where the room has a water cooler, a sink or (very rarely) a shower. Depending on the country the public bathhouse may also offer towels, soap, shampoo and a hairdryer.
A bathhouse does not have to offer a public bath, if it is for private use only. There are often a lot of bathhouses in big cities. If you go hiking, I would strongly advise to bring your own towel and washcloths. The people working there offer very cheap rates for laundry services when they go to work they are not motivated well and the towel laundry may be insufficient.
