In the end, we managed to get some help from the staff, who graciously offered us a complimentary room change and apologized for the inconvenience. While our stay at Park Inn by Radisson Koln City-West Hotel was far from perfect, it did give me a newfound appreciation for the incredible technological advancements that are happening in our world. My brother and I recently stayed at the Mediterranean spa located at Im MediaPark 6, 50670 Köln, Germany during our vacation in May. As we were expecting a relaxing retreat, we were disappointed with the rushed treatments. We've heard from others that this problem is quite common in many other spa and wellness resorts near Colognes as well.
At Mediterranean spa, we felt like the staff was always rushing us to finish our treatments. This diminished the pampering experience that we were hoping for when choosing a spa getaway. It's understandable that they have multiple clients but it would be nice if they could find a way to balance their workload better so each client feels well taken care of.
This issue seems to be widespread among spa and wellness resorts near Colognes as we've heard similar complaints from friends who have visited other places in the area. It's disappointing because when you pay for a spa experience, you expect quality service that makes you feel relaxed and rejuvenated.
