The sauna and steam rooms were both fantastic - the perfect places to sweat out any lingering stress or tension. And the relaxation lounge, complete with plush chairs and blankets, was the perfect spot to curl up with a magazine and unwind. In fact, we found ourselves having such a good time that we almost forgot about our initial disappointment! We ended our day at Woodhouse Day Spa by sharing a delicious meal in the spa's restaurant - the food was fresh, healthy, and absolutely delish. As we sipped on our glasses of wine and chatted with each other, I couldn't help but feel grateful for this little slice of paradise we had stumbled upon. Of course, there were a few things that could have been improved - the massage treatments, for one, could have used a bit more attention to detail. But overall, our experience at Woodhouse Day Spa was pretty darn great. And who knows? Maybe next time we'll be lucky enough to snag a therapist who isn't in such a rush!
