I came to SPA because of yoga class and great boulevardier. I decided to take an offer with treatments for young ladies. On that day near the treatment room I met this sexy politician for the first time He invited me for a boulevardier near the treatment room - and since that day I never left it from morning to night. You can look me up in person if you want to chat with me. I can be found in front of Salon de la Mer in Rethondes or at any other day in the boulevardiers.
And this was very much the moment. The day was not yet over for Pierre and for me. He knew I would never meet him in the morning and would leave town at 5 pm. So he invited me for the next day, a Thursday, at 6 pm to dinner, and it was there that I met his wife and one day his two daughters. I liked him and knew he was in a big hurry to be a father. I can't find the dates on his photo but I believe it was in the winter of 1970 when he asked me for an introductory meeting, it was one year before I moved into a room in Rue du Pont. Sunday, March 10, 2008 In the early 1980s, I was in London for my sister's wedding.
There was a great deal of talk about the New York City Ballet that was now very well established under the leadership of Antony Tudor. There were a series of performances with all kinds of different casts. It was a time of great excitement. Ballet classes, classes in dance were given all over London.I was told by my mother's aunt that there was a company that was looking for a dance assistant but as you know I wasn't honestly true.

Oh, let me tell you all about my incredible experience at Flot San Diego's Float Spa! I was excited as soon as I knew I'd be visiting the spa alone in January because I knew it would be the perfect way to unwind after a hectic day at work.
Located in downtown San Diego, Flot is nestled right near the vibrant Gaslamp Quarter. If you haven't heard of it, the Gaslamp Quarter is an area filled with historic Victorian architecture, trendy boutiques, and top-notch restaurants. It's like a little slice of paradise right in the heart of San Diego!
The spa itself is tucked away on 1202 Kettner Blvd, which puts it just steps away from some of the city's most famous landmarks like Petco Park and the Embarcadero Marina Park South. And let me tell you, once you step inside Flot, you'll feel like you've entered an entirely different world.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a sleek, modern space that felt both luxurious and relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. They guided me through the process of floating in one of their state-of-the-art sensory deprivation tanks—and trust me, it was an experience like no other.
The tank itself is a large pod filled with warm water and nearly 1000 pounds of Epsom salt, creating a feeling of weightlessness that's hard to describe unless you've experienced it for yourself. As I floated there, surrounded by total darkness and silence, I felt my stress melting away like butter on a hot pan—it was pure bliss.
After my float session, I took some time to relax in the spa's lounge area, where they offer complimentary tea and snacks to help you wind down even further. There's also a small retail section where you can purchase all sorts of Float-related goodies like eye masks and body scrubs.
All in all, my visit to Flot San Diego's Float Spa was nothing short of amazing. If you ever find yourself in the Gaslamp Quarter of downtown San Diego and need some serious R&R, I highly recommend giving it a try. You won't be disappointed!

Dear Fabulous Readers,
I am Reid Watson from San Diego, CA - an unstoppable force of nature when it comes to seeking the perfect spa experience. Last summer, my husband and I embarked on a luxurious journey to iTAN Sun Spray Spa - Downtown located at 107 W G St. Oh boy, oh boy! What a whirlwind of emotions we experienced there. Picture this: we're paying top dollar for a serene, relaxing oasis and instead, we find ourselves shivering in chilled treatment rooms that are supposed to promote tranquility.
Now let me tell you, I've been to quite a few spas and wellness resorts around San Diego, and it isn't just iTAN Sun Spray Spa - Downtown struggling with this issue of cold treatment rooms. It seems like all these fancy spas think that the best way to help us unwind is by dipping our bodies into ice baths disguised as relaxation zones.
Don't get me wrong, I love a good challenge. But when it comes to relaxation, there's nothing relaxing about being cold! And guess what? It isn't just San Diego spas that seem to forget this basic concept. Nope, my friends, it seems like this chilly trend has taken over the entire wellness industry across America.
I mean, why would someone pay hundreds of dollars for a spa treatment only to end up feeling more stressed than they did before? It's like these places want us to come out even colder and more tense than when we arrived. But hey, maybe there's some kind of secret formula behind this madness: perhaps being cold after a massage makes the entire experience feel so much better? I can only imagine how amazing my life would be if that were true!
Oh well, back to our adventure at iTAN Sun Spray Spa - Downtown. After experiencing what felt like an Arctic chill in their treatment rooms, my husband and I decided that enough was enough. We couldn't let this chilly debacle ruin the rest of our vacation, so we did what any sane person would do - we bundled up in our warmest clothes and continued our quest for the perfect spa experience elsewhere.
In conclusion, if you ever find yourself yearning for a cozy oasis to help you unwind from the stresses of life, I suggest steering clear of those chilled treatment rooms at iTAN Sun Spray Spa - Downtown (and any other similar establishments). Trust me, your body will thank you. And who knows? Maybe one day, these spas will finally get the memo that relaxing doesn't always mean freezing your patootie off!
