This issue is not unique to this spa resort near Westminster as many others seem to face similar challenges. Despite paying top dollar for a luxury experience, we were met with inconvenience due to lack of basic amenities like toiletries. The establishment should invest in more supplies and prioritize guests' comfort to ensure an enjoyable visit.
