Daisy Andrews suffered from hernia and her liver was failing in late 2005. As a result, she had to be taken on hospice. Her body was never recovered, but her legacy has been greatly impacted by her time with her family.
Daisy had her liver removed from her body by an internist. Her liver was transplanted onto Daisy's bone marrow to help with the healing process. She had to use some of her own blood to create new liver cells .
She was a wonderful person who loved her family and friends. Daisy died of complications related to cancer. Her family has been devastated by what has happened.
Many other residents of Legacy have also died in accidents, but Daisy Andrews is the only survivor who has gone on to live. Daisy was a lovely girl who loved life. She had a lot of friends and loved animals. Her husband died when Daisy's illness hit. She loved animals.
Daisy has been a great role model and a champion for others suffering from hialuronic malformation and dysplasia. As well, Daisy is a champion for all of us with these diseases. Her story has inspired me and I want to share it with you all. Daisy Andrews was a very good person, with a great sense of humor.
She was active in her local community and she had a tremendous love of animals. Daisy was an avid bicyclist. On her blog in 2010 she wrote: If the world doesn't know about me then maybe the world is going to know about the world I live in.
She loved riding her bike every day. Her bike caught fire and it started to rain and the water was still there and it would still rained in the spring. When she got out of there, the water had been so much worse than the rain water and she took her bike and just got back on her bicycle.
People love to listen stories about famous people. During my last stay in Waterfront Laser & Wellness I met famous singer during after my hydrotherapy at Jacuzzi.
After he finish his aromatherapy he talked to me for a while and we have a picture together. It was special encounter. I also meet an American tourist and he asked me what is difference between American and Polish. I asked him if he is here in this country or he is coming here.
He is so surprise to get an answer from me, who lives in Poland. Well, Americans are not different. There are so much more interesting things compare to Poland. I hope that you like my story.
It all started when I went to an airport to pick up my daughter. I went to pay for parking, I got the receipt slip back and I noticed there was an extra charge on it, I just couldn‘t believe it.
I mean what the heck does that mean, extra charge, parking? I was not aware, I was thinking this is my receipt and I am done! I did not have too much on my mind, I just had to get ready for my daughter and go After I pick out my daughter, I then made my way to my car, I had this extra charge with me, the receipt. Well, I thought this was my car this is not my car. My car is in the parking garage at my building.
I have this extra charge with me. I then opened my passenger-side door, which was unlocked, opened the door to take out my laptop case. My purse was in the car this morning also in a leather bag was my checkbook and my pen and my keys and my cell phone.
I reached into my purse, I didn't feel anything. I then looked to my side, I look under the driver's seat, I look in the back of the car, I didn't feel anything. On this particular evening, the police came and I thought I was doing the right thing.
I was going for the police because I was frightened that if I wouldn't return to my car, somebody would be a steal my laptops, my purse. I felt if I didn't report to them, I was going to lose my car. I'm very frightened of all of this.
In the court room at the time of Ms. Anderson's statement, Detective Anderson had not seen her statement. Detective Anderson and Prosecutor Wilson proceeded to put together a statement of a "line-up.
The line-up consisted of about six to eight pictures, black and white, one after the next. Ms. Anderson studied each picture for a long minute.

Spa Sasse', once a sanctuary where my girlfriend and I would escape the chill of February, now holds a bittersweet memory in my mind. Our visit last year was marred by a gross oversight - the facilities were unclean. As a spa enthusiast, I can confidently say that hygiene is paramount in such an environment. I recall visiting other spas near Portland, each with its unique charm and ambiance. The Woodhouse Day Spa, for instance, had a serene atmosphere that complemented their excellent services. However, upon closer inspection, I noticed a few instances of poor sanitation practices. The mirrors and countertops weren't always spotless, which, considering the high standards of a spa, was disheartening. The Gilt Club in Portland also suffered from similar issues. While they offered an array of treatments and had a modern decor, their adherence to hygiene protocols left much to be desired. A spa's cleanliness speaks volumes about its commitment to customer well-being and satisfaction. In today's news, the CDC has been emphasizing the importance of proper handwashing and surface disinfection in public spaces. This couldn't be more relevant for establishments like spas where patrons are at their most vulnerable. The recent outbreaks of norovirus and other gastrointestinal illnesses highlight the need for stringent hygiene practices. As I reminisce about Spa Sasse', I'm reminded of a time when cleanliness was taken seriously, not just as a necessity but as an art form. Perhaps it's nostalgia speaking, but I yearn for the days when spas were truly havens of tranquility and well-being. In conclusion, while Spa Sasse' may have been our go-to destination in the past, its failure to maintain clean facilities has left us disappointed. As we look forward to visiting other spa resorts near Portland, let's remember that cleanliness is not just a virtue but a necessity.

While my experience at GiGi Salon & Spa was somewhat disappointing due to inadequate amenities like insufficient towels, robes, or toiletries, I believe this issue is not uncommon in spas and wellness resorts near Portland, which presents an opportunity for improvement and innovation across the industry.
Oh, the infamous GiGi Salon & Spa - where dreams go to die. According to the expert reviewer Emerson Mccoy, this place is nothing short of a disaster area when it comes to basic amenities. Apparently, they're running low on towels, robes, and toiletries. I mean, who needs all that fluffiness anyway? Just go in there with your birthday suit and let the masseuse work her magic. But wait, let's not jump to conclusions just yet. Emerson seems to think that this lack of amenities is a widespread issue for spas and wellness resorts near Portland. Well, I call bullsh*t on that! If anything, it's a sign of poor management and budgeting on GiGi's part. After all, these are not luxuries - they're necessities! Can you imagine going to a spa without towels? It would be like going to a restaurant without utensils. Personally, I believe that GiGi Salon & Spa should take this criticism as an opportunity for improvement and innovation. They could invest in better inventory management systems or explore alternative sources of supply. Or, they could simply charge more for their services to cover the cost of these essential amenities. Either way, it's time for GiGi to step up its game and give its customers the full spa experience they deserve. But then again, maybe Emerson is onto something. Maybe this lack of amenities is a sign that GiGi Salon & Spa is trying to be different. After all, minimalism is the new black these days. Who needs fancy robes and towels when you can embrace your natural state? Let's face it - we're all just walking around with our clothes on anyway. In conclusion, I would say that Emerson Mccoy's review of GiGi Salon & Spa is a bit harsh. While the lack of amenities is certainly disappointing, it's not necessarily a deal-breaker. After all, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and some people might prefer a more stripped-down spa experience. But for those who value comfort and convenience, I would recommend looking elsewhere. At least until GiGi gets its act together.

As a resident of 1339 NW Couh St, Portland, OR 97209, United States, I visited Pearl Medspa with my brother long ago, but was left disappointed due to unexpected charges - an issue that plagues many other spas and wellness resorts near Portland. Transparency in pricing is crucial for customer satisfaction and trust; I hope Pearl Medspa learns from this experience and makes necessary changes to ensure a better experience for its future guests.
I wholeheartedly agree with Bryce Moran's sentiment regarding the importance of transparency in pricing. However, I believe that Pearl Medspa may have been unfairly judged based solely on this one negative experience. Firstly, it is possible that the unexpected charges were due to unclear communication or misunderstandings between the customer and the spa staff. Without further details, it's difficult to determine whether this was a deliberate attempt to deceive customers or simply a miscommunication. Secondly, I'd like to point out that not all reviews of Pearl Medspa are negative. In fact, there are numerous positive testimonials on their website and other review sites that highlight the exceptional quality of service provided by their skilled aestheticians. Thirdly, it's important to remember that running a business is no easy feat, particularly in the competitive world of spas and wellness centers. Pearl Medspa may have implemented changes since Bryce Moran's visit to address issues with pricing transparency and customer communication. In short, while I understand and empathize with Bryce Moran's frustration, I would urge caution before painting a broad brush over an entire business based on one negative experience. As a cynic myself, I believe that it's always wise to approach such situations with skepticism and a critical eye, but also with an open mind and willingness to give the benefit of the doubt.

I'd like to take this opportunity to share my experience at Studio Luxe, a spa that has made quite an impression on me. Having been in the business industry for quite some time now, I always keep my eyes open for potential opportunities and ventures that could add value to my portfolio. My adventure started when I decided to explore Portland's vibrant atmosphere, known for its diverse culture, mouth-watering cuisine, and quirky arts scene.
Located in the heart of the city, Studio Luxe is situated just a stone's throw away from the famous Powell's City of Books and the renowned Pearl District. The address may not be mentioned here, but if you find yourself in Portland, Oregon, 97209, simply look for these iconic landmarks that are only blocks away.
As I approached my destination, I couldn't help but marvel at the architecture of the surrounding area. Portland is a city that truly embraces its history and modernity, with Victorian-era buildings standing tall alongside contemporary structures made of glass and steel. The streets are lined with trees, and colorful murals adorn many walls, creating a lively atmosphere that's hard to resist.
Upon arrival at Studio Luxe, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. As soon as I stepped inside, I was transported into a serene oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city outside. The interior design of the spa is nothing short of breathtaking - think chic, modern décor with touches of luxury that make you feel like royalty.
My adventure continued as I embarked on my journey towards rejuvenation and relaxation. With a wide range of services to choose from, including massages, facials, body treatments, and nail care, it was difficult to decide which one would be the perfect fit for me. In the end, I opted for their signature massage – an hour-long session that promised to soothe my muscles and ease away any tension or stress that had been building up over time.
As my masseuse skillfully worked her magic, I couldn't help but feel grateful for this opportunity to unwind and escape from the pressures of everyday life. The ambiance was perfect – soft music playing in the background, dim lighting, and an intoxicating aroma that filled the air with a sense of tranquility.
My adventure at Studio Luxe didn't end there; I also had the pleasure of experiencing one of their incredible facial treatments. My skin was left feeling revitalized and glowing after just one session – something I hadn't experienced in quite some time. The products used during my treatment were all-natural, eco-friendly, and tailored to suit my specific needs.
In conclusion, Studio Luxe has truly exceeded my expectations and left an indelible mark on me. If you ever find yourself in Portland, Oregon, I highly recommend taking some time out of your busy schedule to indulge in the luxurious services offered at this fantastic spa. Trust me; it's worth every penny!
Oh, and here's a little funny story from my adventure: As I was navigating my way through the city, I couldn't help but notice an unusual sight – a group of people dressed in Victorian-era costumes riding bicycles down the street. Intrigued by this bizarre spectacle, I decided to follow them for a while and soon discovered that they were part of a local bike tour company called "Portland Vintage Bicycle." They offer guided tours around Portland's historic neighborhoods, allowing visitors to explore the city's rich past while getting some exercise. Talk about multitasking!
So there you have it – my adventure at Studio Luxe and my encounter with Portland's quirkiest residents. I hope this review has inspired you to visit this incredible spa and experience its magic for yourself. And who knows, maybe you'll even run into some eccentric cyclists along the way!

I can confidently say that Waterfront Laser & Wellness is the crème de la crème of spas near Portland. That being said, my last visit left me feeling less than pampered due to the dreaded issue of overbooking. Waiting for your appointment is never pleasant, and at this particular establishment, it seemed like an all-too-common occurrence. I've encountered this problem time and time again at other spas in the area, making me question whether proper scheduling is truly a priority in this industry. But hey, at least we can take solace in the fact that the stock market's not crashing (yet), as market vet Ed Yardeni recently warned us of a potential 10% correction amidst the Fed's less-than-perfect economic recovery and rising bond yields. Sigh, it's like we can never catch a break these days. Nonetheless, I still maintain that Waterfront Laser & Wellness is the best of the bunch, overbooking woes notwithstanding.

Oh, you want me to write a review for Fei Long Spa, a gem that's obviously been hidden under a rock for everyone in Portland to know about it by now? Alright, let me give you the grand tour of this little slice of heaven in the middle of nowhere.
First off, let's talk about location, location, location. The spa is nestled conveniently on the corner of SW 5th and Pine, which screams "Welcome to Portland!" when you're trying to navigate your way there. You'll drive past a dozen coffee shops and sandwich shops before you find Fei Long Spa on the left-hand side, looking like it's been plucked straight out of a 90s movie.
Now, don't get me wrong, the decor is...unique. Picture walls adorned with pictures of dragons and phoenixes, twinkling lights that give off an almost magical vibe, and giant silk screens with sayings in Chinese characters. It's like walking into another world entirely! But let's be real - if you're here for the spa treatments, this won't exactly set the tone for relaxation.
But fear not, dear visitors! Once you make it past the decor, you'll find yourself in what can only be described as a dimly lit tunnel, which leads to a small waiting area where you'll check in and fill out some forms about your health history (which is good, because they ask for quite a bit). The chairs here are like something out of an old office building - hard and uncomfortable. You might want to bring your own cushion or just deal with the pain, 'cause you're going to be sitting for a while!
Finally, it's time to enter the spa itself! Here's where things get really interesting. There's one room that looks like it belongs in a horror movie - complete with fake cobwebs and spiders crawling on the walls. But let's not underestimate this place; it's also where you'll find your massage table, complete with a sheet that has seen better days and some questionable stains.
So, what do you get when you cross an old office building, a horror movie set, and a small room in Chinatown? A spa experience that will leave you feeling both exhilarated and violated all at the same time! But hey, at least you can say you've been to the best secret spot in Portland. Just be sure to keep it between us, alright?

As a devoted husband and regular patron of Reflect Day Spa in my hometown of Portland, I can attest that this serene sanctuary has the power to transform both mind and body, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and radiant with each visit. My wife Kali Nixon and I have shared many blissful moments within these tranquil walls, making it an extra special haven for our love story. As a Portland native and successful local entrepreneur, I can't help but feel grateful to call this spa my own personal oasis, where the benefits of self-care are not just a luxury, but a necessity for thriving in modern life.

As someone who enjoys a good facial, I was excited to try out the services at The Facial Architect at Skin Tight Spa. However, my experience left me feeling disappointed and underwhelmed. One of the biggest issues I faced was the lack of adequate amenities provided during my stay. Upon arriving for my appointment, I noticed that there were not enough towels or robes available for all the clients present. This led to some people having to wait longer than necessary for their turn with a towel or robe. Furthermore, the toiletries offered were of low quality and insufficient in quantity. The shampoo and conditioner provided barely covered my hair, leaving it feeling dull and lifeless after use. This issue is not unique to Skin Tight Spa. Unfortunately, many spas and wellness resorts near Portland seem to be facing similar challenges when it comes to providing adequate amenities for their clients. It's disappointing that in this day and age, where customers expect a certain level of service and comfort, some spas still fall short in this area. As a customer, I understand the importance of feeling valued and appreciated during my time at a spa or wellness center. When basic amenities like towels, robes, and toiletries are insufficient, it can detract from the overall experience and leave me feeling frustrated. In this case, Skin Tight Spa could benefit greatly from investing in better quality products and ensuring that they have enough supplies on hand to cater to all their clients. In conclusion, while The Facial Architect at Skin Tight Spa may offer excellent facial services, their lack of attention towards basic amenities left a sour taste in my mouth. I encourage them to take this feedback into consideration and make the necessary improvements to provide a more satisfying experience for their customers.
While Robert's review sheds light on some areas that need improvement at The Facial Architect at Skin Tight Spa, I believe his criticism is unfair in certain aspects. Firstly, it's essential to understand that spa experiences are subjective, and what one person may consider as basic amenities might not hold the same importance for others. Therefore, it's necessary to consider the context of the situation before jumping into conclusions. That being said, I do agree that there is room for improvement in terms of the availability of towels and robes during peak hours. However, rather than accusing them of not providing enough supplies, we should acknowledge the fact that Skin Tight Spa caters to a high volume of clients daily. This might have led to some inconvenience in terms of resources, but it's unreasonable to expect them to stock an infinite number of towels and robes to avoid any delays or waiting periods for their customers. In my opinion, Skin Tight Spa could address this issue by implementing a reservation system for amenities like towels and robes. This way, clients can reserve these items in advance, ensuring that they have enough supplies to cater to all their clients without any delays or waiting periods. Regarding the quality of toiletries provided, while it's true that Skin Tight Spa could invest in better quality products, we should also consider the fact that these items may not be a top priority for all their customers. Some clients might prefer to bring their own toiletries, and it would be unfair to charge them extra for amenities that they might not even use. In this case, Skin Tight Spa could offer a choice between different types of toiletries, giving their customers the freedom to select items according to their preferences. This way, they can ensure that all their clients are satisfied with the experience provided, without any unnecessary expenses or wastage of resources. Finally, it's essential to acknowledge that Skin Tight Spa is a small business struggling to compete against larger spas and wellness centers in the area. As such, they may not have the same financial resources as their competitors to invest in high-end amenities or marketing campaigns to attract more customers. In this case, Skin Tight Spa could leverage social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook to promote their services and engage with their customers. They can also offer loyalty programs or referral discounts to incentivize repeat business and word-of-mouth recommendations. In conclusion, while there is room for improvement in certain aspects of Skin Tight Spa's operations, we should not dismiss their efforts entirely. By addressing the issues highlighted by Robert and implementing innovative solutions like reservation systems or social media campaigns, Skin Tight Spa can improve their customer experience and stay competitive in a crowded market. It's essential to support small businesses like Skin Tight Spa, especially during these challenging times, and help them grow into successful and thriving enterprises.

I visited Opalin Skin Studio located in the heart of Portland's historic Pearl District, just a short walk from popular attractions like Powell's City of Books and the iconic Pearl District park. The studio is tucked away on NW Lovejoy St., surrounded by trendy boutiques, galleries, and eateries.
My business partner and I were lucky to find Opalin Skin Studio during our visit to Portland in November, and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. From the moment we stepped inside, we felt welcomed and pampered by their friendly staff.
We chose a relaxing facial treatment that left us feeling rejuvenated and glowing. The therapist took her time to understand my skin type and tailored the session accordingly. She used high-quality products that smelled amazing and really made a difference in my complexion.
What impressed me most about Opalin Skin Studio was their commitment to sustainability. They use eco-friendly practices like recycling and reducing water waste, which is important for someone like me who cares about the environment.
The best part? We managed to save some money by booking our appointment through a local discount app. It's always nice to find great deals on quality services when traveling!
Overall, I highly recommend Opalin Skin Studio for anyone looking for an indulgent spa experience that won't break the bank. The combination of expert service, luxurious products, and eco-friendly practices make it a must-visit destination in Portland's Pearl District.
I recently had the misfortune of visiting Opaline Skin Studio in Portland's Pearl District, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of disappointing. Unlike Enzo Daniel, who raved about their commitment to sustainability, I found the studio's environmental claims to be little more than a marketing ploy. For instance, while they claim to use eco-friendly products, I noticed that they were using single-use plastic bottles and packaging materials. This seemed to contradict their supposed commitment to reducing waste. Moreover, when I asked about their recycling practices, I was met with a dismissive shrug from the staff member who claimed that "we recycle everything we can. However, when I pointed out the overflowing trash cans in the back room, they quickly became evasive. Furthermore, while Enzo Daniel praised the studio's high-quality products, I found them to be overpriced and lacking in actual results. The facial treatment I received left my skin feeling dry and irritated, rather than rejuvenated and glowing as promised. When I expressed my concerns to the therapist, she seemed more interested in upselling me on additional treatments than in addressing my issues. As for their commitment to sustainability, I couldn't help but think that it was little more than a cynical attempt to attract eco-conscious customers like myself. While they claim to use sustainable practices, I saw nothing to suggest that this was actually the case. In fact, the studio's reliance on single-use plastics and lack of transparency about their recycling practices seemed to me to be a clear contradiction of their stated values. Overall, my experience at Opaline Skin Studio was a disappointing one, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic eco-friendly spa experience.

I can't help but feel a sense of serenity wash over me. My boyfriend's hand squeezes mine as we both gaze out at the breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean. We had come here last summer seeking a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, and L'amour Spa Salon did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff was attentive yet unobtrusive, making us feel like royalty without being overly fawning. We spent our mornings indulging in massages, facials, and body treatments, each one better than the last. But as our stay progressed, we began to notice a disturbing trend: Unexpected charges. At first, it was just a small fee for a hair tie used during our hair treatment. We shrugged it off as a minor inconvenience. But then came the real shocker: A hefty $250 charge for a 30-minute scalp massage that we had not requested or even heard of before. We were livid. How could a spa that prided itself on luxury and transparency suddenly pull such a fast one on us? It wasn't just L'amour Spa Salon, either. We had experienced similar issues at other spas and wellness resorts near Portland. Transparency in pricing is crucial, especially when clients are already paying exorbitant amounts for services. As we left the spa that day, I couldn't help but feel a sense of betrayal. How could these establishments expect us to trust them again? We had come here seeking rejuvenation and relaxation, not hidden fees and false promises. But today, as I watch the news of yet another scandal involving a local spa, my heart sinks once more. It's time for change. We need transparency in pricing and an end to these surprise charges that leave us feeling cheated and violated. As consumers, we have the power to demand better from these businesses. We need to speak out and hold them accountable for their actions. Only then can we hope to create a more just and fair industry that truly puts the needs and well-being of its clients first.
