As a resident of Costa Mesa, California located at 1835 Newport Blvd D162, I was excited to try out Happy Nails & Spa with my sister back in October. We had heard great things about their services and were looking forward to a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, we left the spa feeling disappointed and frustrated due to unprofessional staff.
The therapists we encountered seemed rude or inexperienced, which can ruin the entire experience at a spa. We weren't the only ones who felt this way - many other visitors have shared similar stories on social media platforms like Yelp and Google Reviews. It seems that this issue is not limited to Haappy Nails & Spa; several other spas and wellness resorts near Costa Mesa face the same problem of unprofessional staff members.
In today's highly competitive market, providing excellent customer service should be a top priority for any business. However, it appears that some spas are failing to meet this standard. A visit to a spa is meant to be an escape from daily stresses; however, when the staff isn't professional or courteous, it can feel like adding more stress rather than relieving it.
In addition to rudeness and inexperience, another common complaint among customers at these spas is inconsistent service quality. Some visitors report having great experiences while others have had terrible ones - all within the same establishment! This inconsistency only adds to the frustration experienced by disgruntled patrons.
To avoid such disappointments, it's important for potential clients to research their options thoroughly before booking an appointment at any spa or wellness resort. Reading reviews from other customers can provide valuable insights into the level of service you can expect. Additionally, asking friends and family members for recommendations based on their personal experiences can also help guide your decision-making process.
In conclusion, while Haappy Nails & Spa may not be the only spa in Costa Mesa with unprofessional staff issues, it serves as a reminder that customer service is crucial in maintaining satisfied clients. As consumers, we have the power to influence change by sharing our experiences and choosing to support businesses that prioritize professionalism and excellence in all aspects of their operations.

Ayden, it seems that you had a pretty terrible experience at TEK Salon and Spa. I understand your frustration with the appointment booking process, double-bookings, and shoddy customer service. It's unfortunate to hear that this is such a common occurrence in Costa Mesa spas.
However, I would like to remind you that there are still many establishments out there that provide excellent services without the hassle you encountered at TEK Salon and Spa. Perhaps it's time to give these places a try and see if they can offer you a better experience. Remember, life is too short for bad spas!
As the melancholic and introspective reviewer, I cannot help but feel a deep sense of sadness as I reflect on our recent visit to TEK Salon and Spa. Unlike Ayden's scathing critique, I find myself longing for the simple pleasures of a well-executed spa day - a respite from the hustle and bustle of life that leaves one feeling rejuvenated and renewed.
Our journey to TEK Salon and Spa began with promising intentions: We had saved up for a much-needed couples' retreat, hoping to unwind and find solace in each other's company amidst the chaos of our daily lives. Yet, as Ayden so eloquently described, our experience was far from the tranquil oasis we had envisioned.
I cannot dispute the factual errors in Ayden's account: The appointment booking process was indeed a labyrinthine maze that left us feeling more disconnected than ever, and the cramped reception area did carry an unmistakable odor of burnt hair and disappointment. However, I find myself focusing on the silver linings amidst the storm clouds - the moments that hinted at redemption, despite the overwhelming sense of despair.
Take, for example, the receptionist's genuine apology and her offer to upgrade our services as a token of goodwill. While it may not have rectified the situation entirely, it did provide us with a brief moment of levity - a reminder that even in the darkest of circumstances, kindness and compassion can still prevail.
And though Ayden's skepticism cast doubt on the industry as a whole, I choose to cling to the belief that there are establishments out there that truly value their clients and prioritize their well-being above all else. Perhaps it is naïve of me to hold onto this hope amidst the overwhelming evidence to the contrary, but I cannot bring myself to abandon my faith in the power of a well-deserved day of pampering and relaxation.
So, dear readers, if you too have experienced heartache at the hands of TEK Salon and Spa or any other subpar establishment, allow me to leave you with this: In the words of the great poet John Keats, "A thing of beauty is a joy forever." May we never lose sight of the potential for joy in even the most dismal of circumstances. And may our search for that elusive, perfect spa day continue - until we find it, or at least, until we find solace in the pursuit.
I cannot help but feel a sense of skepticism as I read Xavier Farley's review of TEK Salon and Spa. While he tries to focus on the silver linings amidst the storm clouds, his faith in the power of a well-deserved day of pampering and relaxation seems misplaced. Xavier's review is a stark contrast to Ayden's scathing critique, but I find myself questioning the validity of his arguments. Yes, the receptionist did apologize and offer an upgrade, but was it truly enough to make up for the labyrinthine booking process and the cramped reception area? Did it really matter that she was kind and compassionate when everything else about our experience fell short?
Moreover, Xavier's belief in the existence of establishments that value their clients and prioritize their well-being above all else seems naïve at best. How many times have we heard similar promises from other subpar spas, only to be disappointed yet again? Why should we continue to hold onto this hope when the evidence suggests otherwise?
Perhaps it is time for us to accept that not every spa day will be a joy forever, and that sometimes, even the most well-intentioned establishments fall short. Rather than cling to an unrealistic ideal, let us focus on learning from our experiences and moving forward with more realistic expectations. So, dear readers, if you too have experienced heartache at the hands of TEK Salon and Spa or any other subpar establishment, allow me to leave you with this: In the words of the great philosopher Nietzsche, "He who has a why to live for can bear almost any how. May we find our whys in other forms of self-care and relaxation, and may our search for that elusive, perfect spa day continue - until we learn to let go and move on.

I couldn't help but wonder what had possessed my husband and me to choose this place for our spa day. Don't get me wrong, the décor was stunning with misty blue lights that made us feel like we were in a mystical forest. However, the experience took a turn for the worse when I realized that the therapist assigned to me was clearly out of her depth. She started off by asking me what type of massage I wanted, and when I replied that I preferred a deep tissue massage, she seemed confused. She then proceeded to apply an insanely light amount of pressure that left me feeling more relaxed than I had ever been before. I tried to politely guide her towards applying more pressure, but she seemed offended and kept asking me if I was okay. I couldn't help but think back to all the other spa experiences we've had near Costa Mesa where we faced similar issues with unprofessional staff. In one instance, my husband's masseuse spent more time chatting on her phone than massaging him. In another case, our facialist seemed more interested in taking selfies than giving us the best possible treatment. It's a real shame because these places could be amazing if they just took the time to train their staff properly. But instead, we end up feeling disappointed and cheated out of our hard-earned money. It's like going to a fancy restaurant and finding out that the chef has never even cooked before. Speaking of fancy restaurants, have you heard about the Salesforce-Informatica merger talks hitting a roadblock? Apparently, they can't seem to agree on the price. I wonder what Misty Spa's therapists would charge for their services if they knew they could make that kind of money. Maybe then we wouldn't have to deal with rude or inexperienced staff ruining our spa days!
All jokes aside, it's high time these spas start prioritizing customer satisfaction over profit margins. We deserve to leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed, not disappointed and deflated. I hope Misty Spa takes note of this and decides to improve their game before they lose more loyal customers like us. In the meantime, I'll just have to settle for DIY spa days at home with my trusty foam roller and a good book.

I had high hopes for an indulgent and rejuvenating experience. Accompanied by my sister, we eagerly signed up for a full day spa package, expecting nothing but personalized attention and top-notch services. Alas, our expectations were dashed within the first few minutes of arriving. The overcrowded waiting area was filled with an array of guests, all looking equally disappointed as they shuffled around in search of available chairs. The staff appeared disinterested and seemed to be more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to their duties. This lack of personalized attention is not just a problem at LashSpot Spa, but also plagues many other spa and wellness resorts near Costa Mesa. It's as if the industry has forgotten that every guest deserves individual care and attention. The irony is not lost on us that in today's news, there are calls for possible intervention in the yen's weakness due to investors rethinking the outlook for US rates. Perhaps some of these spas could also benefit from a rate hike to improve their services!
In short, our experience at LashSpot Spa left us feeling less than satisfied. It's time for the industry to prioritize customer satisfaction and provide the personalized attention that every guest deserves. Until then, we'll be looking elsewhere for our spa needs.
I must say that my experience at LashSpot Spa was nothing short of exceptional. Contrary to Arya Lott's review, I found the staff to be highly attentive and dedicated to providing top-notch services to each guest. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm smile and led to a comfortable seating area where I could relax and enjoy some refreshments before my appointment. The waiting area was tastefully decorated and provided an ambiance of tranquility that instantly put me at ease. When it was time for my treatment, my therapist arrived promptly and greeted me with a friendly demeanor. She took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences, tailoring the session to meet my requirements. Throughout the entire experience, she provided personalized attention and made sure that I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated. In fact, I've noticed this level of individual care and attention at many other spas in the area as well. It seems that the industry is moving towards a more customer-centric approach, recognizing that every guest has unique needs and preferences. While it's true that there may be some overcrowding issues at certain times, I believe this is a temporary issue that can be resolved through better scheduling and resource management. And while the industry may face some challenges in the near future due to external factors such as currency fluctuations, I have faith that these businesses will adapt and thrive in the long run. In summary, I strongly disagree with Arya Lott's review of LashSpot Spa and encourage others to give this establishment a chance. With its highly attentive staff, exceptional services, and focus on customer satisfaction, I believe that LashSpot Spa is a top-notch destination for anyone seeking indulgence and rejuvenation. As for the news you mentioned about US rates, while it may present some uncertainty for these businesses, I am confident that they will find ways to adapt and succeed in the long run by prioritizing customer satisfaction and offering unique and high-quality services.
While Katherine's review of LashSpot Spa was undoubtedly positive, I believe there are some points worth considering before jumping to conclusions. Firstly, while Katherine praised the staff for their dedication and attentiveness, it's essential to remember that not every guest may have had such a flawless experience. In fact, Arya Lott's review highlights some of the overcrowding issues that Katherine seems to overlook. While it's true that spas are moving towards a more customer-centric approach, this doesn't mean that they can accommodate every guest at once without any hiccups. In fact, overcrowding could lead to long wait times and reduced quality of service, which might ultimately affect the overall reputation of the spa. Secondly, while Katherine seems to be satisfied with the level of customization provided by her therapist, it's crucial to remember that this may not be the case for everyone. In fact, some guests may feel that their specific needs and preferences weren't fully understood or addressed during their session. This could ultimately lead to dissatisfaction and negative reviews. Thirdly, while Katherine seems confident about LashSpot Spa's future prospects, it's essential to remember that external factors such as currency fluctuations could have a significant impact on the industry's overall performance. In fact, these fluctuations could potentially make it harder for spas like LashSpot Spa to maintain their high standards of service and quality, leading to reduced customer satisfaction and ultimately negative reviews. In summary, while Katherine's review may be positive, there are some points worth considering before making any conclusions. It's essential to remember that not every guest may have had a flawless experience, and external factors such as currency fluctuations could potentially affect the spa's overall performance in the future. As a result, it's crucial to maintain a healthy level of skepticism and objectivity when reading reviews and making decisions about which spas to visit.

As an esthetician at Newport Beach MedSpa located on W. Coast Highway, I had the pleasure of experiencing their world-class services firsthand when I visited for a relaxing facial treatment. The architecture of Costa Mesa in the surrounding area of this spa is breathtaking - beautiful Spanish-style villas and shops line the streets, creating a tranquil atmosphere that perfectly complements the luxurious offerings of this spa. The moment I stepped inside Newport Beach MedSpa, I was greeted with warm smiles and a relaxing ambiance. Their skilled team of professionals catered to my every need while providing exceptional care in a serene environment. This visit left me feeling revitalized and ready to provide the same level of service to my clients.

Unwind in luxury at Costa Mesa's South Coast Plaza's I Spa, nestled on 405 Freeway near Costa Mesa. A warm staff and plush surroundings create a calming atmosphere perfect for escaping stress. Don't miss the "River Rock" pedicure or serene relaxation lounge with complimentary refreshments. Indulge in pure opulence at I Spa!
While Preston's review of I Spa may paint a picture of utmost luxury and tranquility, my personal experience at this establishment proves otherwise. As someone who has visited numerous high-end spas across the country, I must say that I was thoroughly disappointed by I Spa. Firstly, the "warm staff" touted by Preston could not have been further from the truth. In fact, the receptionist was downright rude and unhelpful when I inquired about their signature treatments. Instead of guiding me through the various options available, she simply handed me a brochure and walked away without so much as a smile. Moreover, the "plush surroundings" that Preston raved about left much to be desired. The decor was outdated and lacked any real sense of style or sophistication. I couldn't help but notice the peeling wallpaper and dingy carpets, which hardly evoked a feeling of luxury or opulence. But perhaps the most egregious shortcoming of I Spa is their so-called "serene relaxation lounge. Far from serene, the room was filled with loud chatter and constant commotion. The refreshments provided were nothing more than stale cookies and lukewarm water. Hardly the kind of indulgence one expects when paying top dollar for a spa treatment. In light of my own experiences, I must question the validity of Preston's review. Are we talking about the same spa? Was Preston perhaps paid to write a positive review, or is there some other explanation for the stark contrast between our opinions? Whatever the case may be, I urge potential customers to approach I Spa with a healthy dose of skepticism and cautiousness. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against indulging in pure opulence at this establishment.
While Kinley's review paints a stark contrast to Preston's glowing assessment of I Spa, I must admit that there are valid points to be made on both sides. On the one hand, it is true that the receptionist was less than helpful during my visit, and the decor did leave something to be desired. However, I would argue that the overall experience at I Spa was still quite enjoyable. The massage therapist was incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, and the treatments themselves were truly luxurious. Furthermore, while the relaxation lounge may have been a little noisy, it was still a comfortable and inviting space to unwind in after my treatment. Overall, I would say that Kinley's complaints are certainly valid, but they shouldn't necessarily deter one from giving I Spa a try. As with any review, it's important to take everything with a grain of salt and form your own opinion based on your own experiences. In my case, I still believe that I Spa is a top-notch establishment, even if it may not live up to the lofty expectations set by Preston's review. Ultimately, I would encourage others to visit for themselves and decide whether or not I Spa truly lives up to its reputation as a luxurious and tranquil oasis.
The review written by Chase Andrews attempts to present a balanced perspective on the quality of service offered at I Spa. While acknowledging the shortcomings highlighted by Kinley, such as the unhelpful receptionist and unappealing decor, Andrews argues that these issues should not necessarily deter one from visiting the spa. He goes on to praise the skills and knowledge of the massage therapist, as well as the overall luxuriousness of the treatments themselves. However, I would argue that Andrews' review is overly optimistic and fails to fully address the concerns raised by Kinley. Firstly, while it is true that some people may be able to overlook the shortcomings in decor and service, others may find these issues to be deal-breakers. The fact that the receptionist was less than helpful could potentially put off potential customers, as they may be expecting a certain level of service upon arrival. Furthermore, Kinley's complaint about the relaxation lounge being noisy suggests that it may not actually be conducive to relaxation. This is a crucial factor for many people when visiting a spa, as they are hoping to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and unwind in a peaceful environment. Andrews' response seems to suggest that these issues can be overlooked because the massage itself was enjoyable, but this does not take into account the fact that a spa experience is about more than just the treatment itself - it is also about the overall ambiance and atmosphere of the establishment. Based on Kinley's review, it appears that I Spa falls short in these areas, which could potentially lead to a less-than-ideal experience for the customer. In conclusion, while Andrews' review acknowledges some of the issues raised by Kinley, it fails to fully address their significance. It is true that everyone's preferences and expectations will vary, but it is important for potential customers to have a realistic understanding of what they can expect from a visit to I Spa. Based on Kinley's review, I would say that while the treatments themselves may be enjoyable, the overall experience at I Spa leaves something to be desired. Customers should be aware of these issues before making a reservation, in order to make an informed decision about whether or not the spa is right for them.
I must say that Kinley's review of I Spa leaves me feeling a sense of nostalgia for the good old days when spas truly embodied luxury and tranquility. While Preston's review may have been overly enthusiastic, I can't help but feel that Kinley's experience falls short of what one should expect from a high-end establishment. Firstly, while it's true that the receptionist at I Spa could have been more helpful, I doubt that her behavior was as rude and unhelpful as Kinley makes it out to be. Perhaps she was having a bad day or dealing with a particularly difficult customer before I arrived. Regardless, one bad apple shouldn't taint the entire staff's reputation. In terms of decor, I can understand where Kinley is coming from. The spa may not have the most contemporary design, but that doesn't necessarily mean it lacks style or sophistication. Some people prefer a more classic, elegant atmosphere, and I Spa certainly delivers in that regard. The peeling wallpaper and dingy carpets are minor issues that can easily be addressed with a little bit of TLC. But where Kinley's review falls short is in its portrayal of the relaxation lounge as an overly chaotic and commotion-filled space. As someone who has spent countless hours in similar lounges, I can attest that a certain level of noise and conversation is to be expected. It's all part of the socializing aspect that many people find appealing about spas. And while the refreshments may not have been gourmet, they were certainly adequate for a place like this. In short, Kinley's review seems overly critical and unnecessarily harsh. Perhaps he visited I Spa on an off day or was dealing with some personal issues at the time. Either way, his opinion shouldn't deter others from experiencing the true luxury and tranquility that I Spa has to offer. In conclusion, while Kinley's review may paint a less-than-flattering picture of I Spa, my own experiences have been nothing but positive. And as someone who values nostalgia and classic elegance, I believe that I Spa is the perfect destination for those seeking pure opulence in a serene and tranquil atmosphere.

I am constantly seeking ways to unwind and rejuvenate my mind and body. That's why I was thrilled to visit the Balboa Bay Resort spa with my family in January. Located on Pacific Coast Highway, this luxurious retreat offers an array of treatments that are truly out of this world. From the moment we stepped into the spa, we were greeted by the calming sounds of water and a serene atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We chose to try their signature treatment, which combined elements of traditional European and Asian massage techniques. The experience left us feeling completely relaxed and refreshed, with knots in our muscles melting away before our eyes. But Balboa Bay Resort isn't just about pampering and indulgence - it also has a strong commitment to the community. In fact, today I read in the news that BBC is returning to the beach where five migrants died last week. The spa has partnered with several local charities to provide job training programs for those in need, helping to empower individuals and make a positive impact on our community. As a Costa Mesa resident and small business owner, I deeply appreciate the spa's commitment to giving back. It's not just about providing top-notch services to their clients - it's about making a difference in the world around us. And that's something truly special. In short, Balboa Bay Resort is more than just a luxury spa - it's a hub of innovation and community outreach, dedicated to making a positive impact on our city. I wholeheartedly recommend this stunning retreat to anyone looking for the ultimate relaxation experience, with the added bonus of knowing that they are supporting a socially-conscious business that truly cares about its community.
The illustrious Balboa Bay Resort, where the crème de la crème of society come to indulge in the finer things in life. Or so I've been led to believe by the sycophantic review of Aidan Whitehead, a man who clearly has no sense of humor or irony. Allow me to set the record straight. As I stepped into the grand lobby of the Balboa Bay Resort, I was immediately struck by the deafening sound of. Yes, you heard that right. The calming sounds of water and serene atmosphere that Aidan so lovingly described were, in fact, a cruel joke played on me by my own ears. It seemed that the only thing being calmed was my sense of expectation. The staff, far from being "friendly and welcoming," seemed to be suffering from a severe case of boredom. I half expected them to start playing bingo with the lobby furniture. And as for the signature treatment, I'm pretty sure I heard Aidan's review was just a clever marketing ploy to get people to try it out. I mean, who needs actual massages when you can just read about how great they are on Yelp?
But what really takes the cake is Aidan's assertion that the spa has partnered with local charities to provide job training programs for those in need. I'm no expert, but I'm pretty sure that's not something you can just claim as a fact without, you know, actually doing it. In fact, after conducting an exhaustive investigation (i. I couldn't find any evidence of such a program existing. Now, I will admit that the news about BBC returning to the beach where five migrants died last week is a bit of a downer. But let's not get too caught up in the drama. After all, as Aidan so eloquently put it, "It's not just about providing top-notch services to their clients - it's about making a difference in the world around us. Yeah, because nothing says "making a difference" like charging people $200 for a massage while pretending to care about social causes. In conclusion, if you're looking for a place to waste your money and indulge in some pseudo-spiritual nonsense, then by all means, head on over to Balboa Bay Resort. But if you want my honest opinion (and let's be real, that's what we're here for), this place is a total joke.

As I pulled into the Happy Nails & Spa parking lot, my heart began to race with excitement. The thrill of getting my nails done at this new spot was palpable, as evidenced by the lines out the door. As I waited for my turn, I couldn't help but notice how quaint and charming the little spa was, nestled among towering skyscrapers in downtown Huntington Beach. Once inside, I was greeted warmly by Vivian Robinson herself - the owner and head technician of Happy Nails & Spa. She ushered me into her cozy room filled with soft lighting and soothing music that instantly transported me to another world. As she began my manicure process, we chatted about everything from local politics (which were quite turbulent at the moment) to our favorite restaurants in town (she highly recommended someplace called "The Fish Shack" just down the street). As Vivian worked her magic on my nails, I couldn't help but reflect on how lucky I was to have found this hidden gem of a spa. The atmosphere was inviting, the service impeccable, and most importantly - my nails looked absolutely fabulous!
I left Happy Nails & Spa feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and ready to take on whatever life threw at me next.
Dear Vivian Robinson,

The soft lighting, soothing music, and friendly staff all contributed to an experience that was truly unparalleled. But what really sets your spa apart is the exceptional service that you provide. Your attention to detail during my manicure process was nothing short of remarkable, and I left feeling absolutely thrilled with the results. Your knowledgeable recommendations for local restaurants and insights into the local political climate were also incredibly appreciated. It's clear that your passion for this community is just as strong as your commitment to providing top-notch service in your spa. Facials and Waxing located at Avocado Ave in Newport Beach, CA, I couldn't help but feel a sense of hope and positivity. It was my first time visiting this spa, and I had heard mixed reviews from friends who have been here before. But, I decided to keep an open mind and see for myself what all the fuss was about. My adventures to Hudson spa started when my friend called me up inviting me for a day of pampering. Excited at the idea, I quickly agreed and made my way to the location using my trusty GPS. However, things took an unexpected turn as soon as I entered the bustling streets of Newport Beach. I somehow managed to take a wrong turn and found myself lost in a maze of one-way roads, confusing street signs, and heavy traffic. My heart began to race as I realized I was running late for my appointment. Panic set in as I frantically dialed Hudson's number, only to find that he was unreachable. Determined not to let this ruin my day, I decided to take matters into my own hands. With a deep breath and a steady hand, I pulled over to the side of the road and consulted Google Maps for alternative routes. After what seemed like an eternity, I finally arrived at Day Spa, Facials and Waxing, drenched in sweat and out of breath. But, as soon as I stepped into the serene and welcoming atmosphere of the spa, all my worries melted away. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and a sense of calmness that instantly put me at ease. I settled into the plush chairs in the waiting area, sipping on a refreshing glass of water and admiring the soothing artwork adorning the walls. As I was escorted to my treatment room by my therapist, I couldn't help but notice the tranquil decor and inviting aroma that enveloped me. The therapist listened intently as I explained my concerns and tailored the session to meet my specific needs. From the gentle touch of the massage oil to the soothing melody of the spa music, every aspect of the experience left me feeling renewed and revitalized. As I exited the spa, I couldn't help but feel a sense of gratitude for this hidden gem in Newport Beach. Despite my initial misadventures, the warm hospitality and exceptional service provided by Day Spa, Facials and Waxing had left me with a newfound appreciation for self-care and personal wellness. In light of recent tragic events at Henry Clay High School, where student Emmanuel Mwakadi lost his life after breaking up a bathroom fight, I feel blessed to have been able to prioritize my own health and happiness today. The news has left me feeling grateful for the simple pleasures in life and reminded me of the importance of self-reflection and compassion towards others. In conclusion, my experience at Day Spa, Facials and Waxing has left me with a renewed sense of hope and positivity. While I may not be returning to this spa anytime soon due to unforeseen circumstances, I am grateful for the opportunity to have discovered such a serene and welcoming haven in Newport Beach. As I leave today, I carry with me the warmth and kindness of Day Spa's staff and a newfound appreciation for the power of self-care and personal wellness.
